We Love, we want to introduce you to the amazingly talented Chef Angie K
and her restaurant, the Blue House Bistro.
We first met Chef Angie K a couple of months ago while volunteering at
the 2011 March of Dimes Celebrity Chef Auction, a fundraiser to support the
West Michigan March of Dimes. While
photographing the event, we ran across a rocking spread put on by Chef Angie K
(check it out below)! The food was, in a
word, incredible, and there may have been a couple of trips back to her table
to sample the food! In case you have not
had a chance to meet them yet, here is the skinny…
Blue House Bistro, founded in 2010, is a casual boutique bistro
restaurant locally owned and operated by award winning Chef Angie K. The restaurant’s innovative menu features the
best Neo-American Creole Fusion style cuisine in West Michigan. The restaurant is located in Downtown
Holland, Michigan, and serves up a host of lunch and dinner options. From their delicious small plates, hand
crafted soups, fresh salads, to Chef Angie K's featured entrees, sandwiches,
gourmet pizza, and delectable desserts, you will leave full and very satisfied. As an added bonus, the restaurant also uses
seasonal, farm fresh, locally sourced, and organic ingredients in every dish
whenever possible. Going local, supporting Michigan...gotta love it!
